Effective Date: 29th April 2025
At Wikiwide, we offer digital services centered around legacy creation, content curation, and page publication. Since our services involve editorial review, manual processing, and time-based coordination with approved editors, we have a clear and transparent refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity.
🔁 Refund Eligibility
By making a payment on Wikiwide, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The application fee (currently $9) is non-refundable, as it covers:
- Preliminary eligibility assessment
- Internal coordination with verified editors
- Administrative setup for your request
- If you proceed with an approved editor, additional service fees may apply, and such fees will be directly handled between you and the assigned editor or agency.
These may follow their own refund terms, which will be communicated separately.
❌ We Do Not Offer Refunds In the Following Cases:
- You change your mind after applying.
- You do not wish to proceed with the editor after we’ve initiated the connection.
- You are unresponsive or delay the process.
- You expect a guaranteed result without following our editorial or eligibility requirements.
✅ Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a refund only in the case of duplicate payments or technical billing errors. Such requests must be emailed to [help@wikiwide.org] within 48 hours of the transaction, along with proof of payment.
🛡️ Transparency & Trust
Our goal is to build a trusted platform where stories are curated and remembered with care. While we do not issue refunds for editorial services once started, we ensure that every approved submission receives personal attention and proper review.
